Jody, you are an incredible lawyer and never have I seen anyone with the ability you have to take information and put it together to be used in the best possible way legally.  You are the legal systems version of a cinematographer.  A really good one.  I feel like I should use that to my advantage more than I have been.

Jody, I admire your strength so much. I appreciate your going to bat on items needing clarity and continuing to work to get this contempt hearing dropped. Happy National Women's day. You're certainly a tribute to it.

When Experience and Specialization Shine: Combined or Overlapping Cases.

  • Domestic / Criminal Case Overlap
An increasing number of family law cases involve criminal components, including charges or at least allegations such as Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. Successfully negotiating these overlapping domestic and criminal issues at the same time can make a significant difference in successfully managing both cases as they proceed towards resolution.

Having an attorney skilled and experienced in litigating both criminal and family law improves the chances that both cases can be resolved faster, with lower conflict and less overall disruption.
